Q: When can I book tickets for the 2015 Napa Valley Jazz Getaway?
A: 2015 tickets (June 10-14, 2015) will go on sale soon. We'll email everyone when tickets are available so make sure to sign up for our email list.
Q: Is there an age limit of 21 years old to attend since this is a wine event?
A: No. There is no age restriction. However, we do not recommend children under the age of 10 as we do not want younger children disturbing our concert goers. Please leave all small children with the grandparents and enjoy a few days in the romantic wine country by yourselves.
Q: Where can I get my ACCESS CARD?
A: ACCESS CARDS will be available for pickup starting Monday, June 9th at noon from the Jamieson Ranch Vineyards tasting room and the Westin Verasa Napa concierge. Starting Wednesday, June 10th at 4pm, they will be available at our Information Table (that schedule will be sent to you).
Q: Where can I find my seat number for the performance(s) at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards?
A: Seat assignment at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards should be printed on your tickets as well as in your email ticket purchase confirmations. Gold Package holders will have the same numbered seats for shows on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (Lincoln Theater seats are exactly the same as your seats at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards).
Q: Is there a wait list for the Welcome Dinner or 'piano2piano'?
A: There is a wait list for the Welcome Dinner and 'piano2piano'. If you would like to be placed on it, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a spot.
Q: Is there covered seating for the concert events at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards?
A: No. Seating at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards is fully outside under the sun/stars. Please bring a hat and/or sunscreen. No umbrellas will be allowed as that will obstruct the view for the people behind you. However, we are starting our outdoor shows at 4pm so that most of the midday hot sun will be done by then.
Q: Are all seats reserved at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards or is there "picnic" style seating?
A: All seats are reserved chairs with seat numbers. Please do not bring blankets to lay on, umbrellas or chairs of your own. You can bring a padded seat cushion however.
Q: Are the venues within walking distance of the Westin?
A: No. Attendees can drive themselves, take a cab or hire a limo service. Both venues are about 15 minutes from the Westin by car.
Q: Where can I purchase Brian's wine ("Culbertson" Pinot Noir in partnership with Reata Winery and Jamieson Ranch Vineyards)?
A: Click HERE to purchase. It's really good! It will also be available during the Getaway.
Q: What are the dates for NVJG 2015?
A: Brian Culbertson's Napa Valley Jazz Getaway 2015 will be June 10 - 14, 2015. Tickets will go on sale this summer (TBA).
Q: Will food or drinks be available for purchase at the concert venues?
A: Yes. Lots of food options will be available at the venues. Please do not bring your own.
Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks to Jamieson Ranch Vineyards?
A: No. Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but there will be many choices available on the grounds.
Q: Does NVJG need volunteers?
A: We no longer need volunteers for this year's event, but thank you for your interest!
Q: I bought a single day ticket. Can I attend the Late Night Hang following the show?
A: No. The Late Night Hangs are only for 4-Day Gold Package and 2-Day Silver Package holders. Get your tickets HERE.
Q: Will there be an information desk available in Napa if I have questions?

Q: Are there hotel and flight packages available?
A: We do not offer hotel and flight packages. Please be sure to review our website travel page for tips and recommendations HERE.
Q: How do I become a VIP for 2015?
A: VIP Packages are offered in the following order of priority:
1) Returning VIPs from the prior year
2) Returning Gold Package holders from the prior year
3) General Public
Q: If I have purchased a Gold or Silver Package, do I need to check-in upon arrival to receive my credentials?
Gold and Silver Package holders only need their tickets for entry into the concerts. Gold Package tickets are good for all 4 main concerts so keep your tickets. Silver Package tickets are good for Saturday and Sunday concerts.
Gold Package holders will need their GOLD ACCESS CARD to gain entry into the daily Wine Downs and Late Night Hangs.
Silver Package holders will need their SILVER ACCESS CARD to gain entry into the Saturday Late Night Hang.
ACCESS CARDS can be picked up at the Jamieson Ranch Tasting Room or the Westin Verasa concierge starting Monday, June 9th at 12pm.
Q: I am interested in the Silent Auction. Will I be able to see a list of items ahead of time?
A: We are finalizing a list of silent auction items. We will make this list available closer to the event.
Q: I purchased a Gold Package but didn't receive the email with the hotel link. How do I get it?
A: If you purchased your Gold or Silver Package online, you will receive a ticket purchase confirmation email from Ticketfly with the hotel booking link included.
If you purchased your Gold or Silver Package by calling Ticketfly, please send an email to: email@example.com. The hotel link will be sent to you via email.
Q: I've already bought my tickets, but cannot go. Can I get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, no. All ticket sales are non-refundable.
Q: Will there be handicap seats and parking available?
A: Yes. Please contact Guest Services at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Q: I selected "Standard Delivery" for receiving my tickets. When will I receive them?
A: Tickets are to be mailed starting in April. If you have not received your ticket via Standard Delivery by the May 15th, please contact Guest Services at email@example.com. Please note: tickets will be mailed in a plain white envelope and are not marked as being sent from Ticketfly.
Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: We do offer group discounts for groups of larger than 20 traveling together. Please contact Guest Services at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
Q: What is needed to get into the concerts?
A: Your concert ticket is your admission to the shows. 4-Day Gold Package and 2-Day Silver Package holders are only issued one ticket, which is good for all shows within the package. Single Day Ticket Holders will need to present a ticket for each show.
Q: What is the weather like in Napa?
A: Evenings can be cool, even in summer, so bring a sweater or jacket for outdoor dining and for the outdoor concerts.
In the town of Napa, the average temperature in June is 66 degrees, while the average high is 78 degrees and the average low temperature is 51 degrees.

Q: Are the wine tastings at the ACCESS CARD partner wineries pre-paid?
A: No, the tastings are not pre-paid.
We recommend you contact the wineries to get more pricing information and to make appointments.

Q: Can I purchase tickets by phone?

Q: What is the parking situation at NVJG venues and wineries?
A: There is ample parking at The Westin Verasa in both self-park and valet. The wineries all have fairly small parking lots so again, please make reservations before going for tastings.
During the concert events, parking rates for Jamieson Ranch Vineyards are as follows: $10 per car, per day.
During the concert events, parking for the Lincoln Theater is as follows: $10 for valet, $10 for closer self-park, $5 for farther self-park, and then there is free parking farther down the street.
Q: Are outside food or beverages allowed at Jamieson Ranch Vineyards?
A: No, but there will be plenty of food and beverages available for purchase on-site.
Q: Are the Welcome Dinner and piano2piano events included in my VIP, Gold or Silver Package?
A: These events are included in VIP packages. There is an additional fee for Gold and Silver Package holders.
Q: Is the newly added Brian Culbertson Funk Experience part of Friday Night Funk Night or do I have to buy a separate ticket?
A: Brian's Funk Experience is part of the Friday Night Funk Night lineup. An additional ticket is not needed if you already have a VIP package, Gold package or Friday single-day ticket.
Q: Can guests under the age of 21 attend the Late Night Hangs and Wine Downs?
A: Yes, they can attend but cannot be served alcohol.
